China's One Child Policy did little, or maybe did the wrong thing. What will their generation of mostly boys do for the world? Human sexuality has never been an easy subject. Providing a solution does imply having a discussion. When young americans go off to college, they are greeted at the University Book Stores with tables full of stuffed teddy bears with the schools logo. I propose that the school stores sell condom jars and try and promote consciousness.
